These Terms govern your access to and use of the information service platform (“Platform”) provided by Milestone Transport (“Milestone Transport”) through our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Applications”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.
- Will adhere to our Community Guidelines.
- Are of legal age in your place of residence and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Have the authority to enter into these Terms personally and, if applicable, on behalf of an organization, and to bind such organization to these Terms.
Milestone Transport acts solely as a technology service provider connecting users through the Platform. Milestone Transport does not provide transportation services and is not the employer or principal of any drivers. Users of the Platform are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

- Applicable Law: Refers to Malaysian laws and any other relevant rules, regulations, or guidelines governing the use of the Platform and its services.
Updates to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be indicated by the revision date at the top of the Terms. In some cases, additional notice may be provided (e.g., a statement on our homepage or an email notification). Continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted signifies your acceptance of the changes.

1. Our Platform
1.1 Milestone Transport provides a Platform to connect Users with independent third-party driver partners (“Driver Partner”) who offer on-demand transportation, logistics, and/or delivery services (“Service”). Users can request these services through the Platform (“Request”).
1.2 Milestone Transport does not own, employ, or directly provide transportation or logistics services. All such services are provided by Driver Partners.
1.3 Milestone Transport is not liable for any actions, omissions, or negligence of Driver Partners. Driver Partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of Milestone Transport.
2. Use of the Software
When using the software provided by Milestone Transport (“Software”), you agree to the following:
2.1 You may install a copy of the Software on your mobile device for personal use only.
2.2 You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software or its license to any third party.
2.3 You shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or its connected networks, nor breach any security or authentication measures.
2.4 You shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
2.5 You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Software or attempt to export or modify its source code.
2.6 You shall not upload or transmit any viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious codes through the Software.
2.7 You may only install and use the Software on devices running operating systems approved by Milestone Transport.
2.8 Other than the license to use the Software granted herein, no other rights or licenses are provided. Ownership and all other rights to the Software remain with Milestone Transport and its suppliers.
3. Use of the Services
3.1 User Account
To access and use the services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. By registering, users agree to abide by all the rules and policies outlined in this agreement.
3.2 Rules of Use
Users must not use the services for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse of the platform for fraudulent purposes, harassment of other users, or distribution of harmful content. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and ensure their use of the services does not infringe on the rights of others.
4. Payments on the Services
Users agree to pay for any services rendered via the platform, including transportation, delivery, and additional features or services that may be offered. Payments are due as specified for each transaction and can be made through the available payment methods on the platform. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
All intellectual property rights to the services, including trademarks, logos, software, and content, remain the property of Milestone Transport or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal or business purposes, as long as it complies with the terms set forth in this agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Milestone Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The platform’s total liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in question during the period in which the issue arose.
7. Damage Claims
In the event of damage or loss to goods during transportation or delivery, users must notify Milestone Transport within a specified time frame to initiate a damage claim. Claims will be subject to investigation, and Milestone Transport reserves the right to determine the cause of damage and appropriate compensation based on the circumstances.
8. General
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the user and Milestone Transport regarding the use of services. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect. Milestone Transport reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and will notify users of significant changes.
9. Corporate Account User-Specific Provisions for Delivery or Transportation Services
Corporate account users must designate a primary account manager responsible for all transactions and activities conducted under their account. Corporate users are entitled to customized service terms, including bulk pricing or special delivery schedules, depending on the agreement with Milestone Transport. These users are also required to comply with the same rules and regulations as individual users, and ensure their employees follow platform guidelines.
